Terms of service

These terms describe the product boundary for Idea Builder accounts.

Service

Idea Builder provides a hosted, single-user project continuity and controlled-execution system. It does not provide legal, tax, engineering, medical, financial, contracting, or other licensed professional advice.

Plans and billing

Free is permanent under the published Free allowances. Early Access costs $5 USD per month through Stripe, renews monthly until canceled, and is self-service cancelable. Checkout disclosures and the published cancellation/refund policy control.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must use the service lawfully, protect account access, respect third-party rights, verify consequential outputs, and obtain qualified professional review when a task requires it. Abuse, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, and attempts to bypass plan or tenant boundaries are prohibited.

Early Access limitations

The service may change, experience defects, or be unavailable. No enterprise SLA, uninterrupted operation, permanent feature set, or fitness for a high-risk purpose is promised. Data export is provided so customers can retain their records.

Contact and jurisdiction

Account-specific notices, cancellation questions, and legal requests use the authenticated support path. Applicable checkout disclosures and jurisdiction-specific consumer protections remain controlling.
