Free, paid, grace, suspended, and downgraded accounts retain access to export and deletion controls.
- Sign in to the account app.
- Use Export my data to download the complete current board as JSON.
- Use the account deletion control and enter the exact destructive confirmation.
Deletion removes ephemeral chat context, marks the account and workspace deleted, and deletes the live board. Legally required billing records and encrypted backup retention follow the published retention policy.
